Wow. It's tough to pick just one here.

I wish I could split the vote between Blizzard Beach for working without any need for explicit explanations, Kali for being so ludicrously (unnecessarily?) elaborate, and Tower of Terror for sheer effectiveness.

Tower of Terror is perfect because it is somewhat realistic, but still somewhat fantasy. It fits perfectly as a real Twilight Zone episode, but it also fits in terms of a real life urban legend type of story. Add to the fact that the building has actually been struck by lightning multiple times just makes that story so much better.
