Fastpasses returning soon?

My family and I are heading to WDW in mid-July. Now that the CDC has relaxed guidelines and it seems like Disney will be following suit, do we know when the fastpasses and dining plans will return?

I suspect dining plans will not return until 2022 at this point. And I expect they will look slightly different.

There's been much talk about Fastpass and if/when/how it will return.
Just my own personal opinion but I believe some form of it will come back sooner than many on here had been thinking a few weeks ago.

Basically I'd plan your trip for the here and now and then if things change be prepared to roll with it.
