Seems like a great idea and I hope it works out well. It just sucks that here is one more thing Disney can charge us hard earned money for

I think I read somewhere that when FastPass+ becomes available to the general public that it will be $20 something per person. Anyone know about this? Is it just per person or per per/per day?

It is def NOT something I will pay for..ever.. so it really doesnt matter to me. I get to test it out and honestly I doubt we will use 2 of the 4 attractions.. but we will for Peter Pan and the Parade viewing. Even if this was free and can NOT see planning out each day months in advance..I don't even plan out my days at all.. we just go with the flow once there.

I did mine on Friday and haven't gotten it yet! Hopefully there will be some Mickey mail for me when I get home today!!!

the fpp system is actually kinda cool you get to pick from a few different groups of attractions, or events (parades, fireworks viewing, and meet and greets)
we choose jungle cruise, Then we have an hour till our next one so we will ride pirates (non fpp), then we have haunted mansion, ride a few things after in fantasyland for my 2.9year old she turns 3 so soon. After this we ride buzz light year. Then we have a suprise (i cant say on here because my sneaky wife is trying to figure it out...p.s. if your reading this hunnny give up ...lol) then to end the night we have priority viewing for the main st electrical parade.
I know i am not the majority i think it is not a horrible idea. It gives you a few rides before you arrive. Oh i talked to a cm who is a part of this department and i said it seems pretty silly to book these 180 days out. I said especially with how bad the dining goes sometimes with peoples accounts not being activated for the 180 day plus 10 (happened to me) then trying to book rides. I told him 30 days made more sense.... he did say that he expected to to be 30 maybe a little less or more days out.
honestly if it can give me 4 fast passes a day or more and it costs me only the joy of staying on property i am in!!!!!

i am kinda doubting that is true... there are a ton of "inside bloggers" that generally have garbage information and dont know a thing about what really happens...a lot of times it is just there thoughts on the matter... or to stir up trouble to attract attention to there blog.

ahhh..nope.. oh man I hope it's here tomorrow.. I will leave befre the mail on Thursday.. but at least my mom can grab it i it comes later!

I agree. I love to plan, but planning what ride I would go on a particular day and time would keep me up at night.

Mail came today and NOPE our cards aren't here.. I am printing the confirmations to bring just in case. We leave before the mail comes tomorrow .. hope they come and my mom and son can grab em and bring em with them!

We just got the Invite in the mail today (we leave on sunday), we booked thru a travel agent and it was sent to her office and she forwarded it to us, so I imagine the same thing will happen with the cards. I'll just stop at the Magical express desk like they said. When I was booking my experiences all of the fireworks/ parades said stand by available but you weren't allowed to select it I wonder if I check the day of if it will be available?
