FastPass

Question about fast pass, and how it works. Let me explain the situation and see if anyone knows the answer. I will be heading to WDW in june and a member of my party will be attending a local conf. and will not be around during most days, but around for the night. Can i use their ticket to get an extra fastpass tix or does the system not recognizing passes that haven't been swiped in for the day yet? Or does the system assume because you are in the park you used this ticket to get in?

When I first started working at WDW I still had a few months leftover on my AP... I experimented once and got in with my cast ID... and tried to grab a FP with my AP... definitely didn't work!!

Obviously, you can use multiple tickets for fast-passes. I had a woman in front of me once using four cards and no one cared, so ... go for it.

The ticket won't work to get FPs unless it has already been used to enter the park. If a ticket is used that has not been scanned at the park entrance, the FP machine issues "Not Valid for FastPass".

Before the finger scans were instituted, you might have bypassed this by having someone enter the park using their own ticket and then re-enter using your friend's ticket. But if they're scanning fingers, the only person who can enter is the owner of the ticket.
