Would make more sense for a preferred viewing area for MSEP/MMY/Wishes.

The afternoon parade isn't worth waiting for anyway.

Now if only Disney could figure out a way to charge them $10 per person if they don't show up.. maybe with the upcoming RFID...

This is likely a test run to see if it works. If so, then they will probably roll it out to all main street/hub/castle events.

I personally like the idea. There have been many a time we get to the parade early and stake out our curbside viewing area only to have a group that does not understand proper etiquette to try to plop their kids or themselves right down in front, or squeeze in. Its always gratifying when the CM comes over and tells them to move it.

...Wow.

It's funny how differently Disneyland and WDW are starting to view FastPass, isn't it? Disneyland is weening it off many of its attractions, while WDW seems to be trying to put it on... um... everything.

Interesting, back in Aug? they tested 2 showings of Celebrate A Dream Come True per day. Now testing Fastpass... so MAYBE the rumors of MK finally getting a new parade are true? A parade that will perform twice a day with some areas for Fastpass viewing?????

I'm probably just trying to be hopeful for something that isn't going to happen.
