FastPass Help in Park

At Hollywood studios, I am trying to make a FP reservation for myself for TOT. I went on it earlier, and it’s telling me to remove myself from my party. When I click on remove, it does not remove me and keeps showing the same message. Is this an error with the Disney app or am I doing something wrong?

It is most likely an APP error, keep trying. We get those errors all the time. Try another member of your party's phone. When I get an issue like that I will try my wife's phone and it sometimes works.

I have already used all 3 of mine so am trying to add additional ones. I’m thinking it’s an error. Family left me at park so it’s just me so trying to find some for just myself.

You can only add one additional fast pass at a time. Also if anything quite the app and re start it, I was having issues last night with it.

I know i'm a bit late to the party, but I would like to help out as to why you kept getting the error.
Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom, and Disney's EPCOT all have Tiered Fastpass+ setups. Regardless of whether or not you have already used your 3 initial Fastpasses, only one of the Tier 1 attractions can be used via Fastpass per day. So, unfortunately, Tower of Terror is a Tier 1 attraction, so you can only use a Fastpass on that attraction once per day.

Wrong on at least two counts.

First off, once you have used all three fastpasses at one park, you can book a tier 1 for your 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th FP.

Secondly, ToT is not a tier 1 FP. Since Toy Story Land opened, only those three rides have been tier 1, everything else has been tier 2.

Time to do some refreshing of your FP knowledge. :)

Too late at this point, but there were several possible things happening here but not enough information about what was going on to know exactly which problems could be at the bottom of it all. I'm assuming all the initial fastpasses were used up... but the OP appeared to be in line when he was trying to get the ToT fastpass... so the question is whether he was in a fastpass line when he was trying to make another fastpass, is so then he wouldn't be able to until he was passed the final magic band check for the ride which would then log him out of the existing fastpass and allow him to make his next fastpass selection, at least that was one possibility but without knowing more information it is only a guess... could have just been app error which we've had happen before, though the app seems much less error pro now than it did when they first kicked it off with the Fastpass+ system.
