Fastpass+ before MNSSHP

We are going to MNSSHP on October 2, and plan on getting there by 4:00. Which rides should we get FP+ for between 3:30-6:30? I definitely want SDMT, but am stuck on the other two. Space Mountain? Jungle Cruise? I even thought about Haunted Mansion, since it might have quite a wait during the party. This is our first party. TIA!

I went with 7DMT, Space, and Big Thunder. Not quite sure if I'll make it to all of them since the latest you can get a FP+ for is 5:30 and I need to get my son's haircut (1st haircut!) during that time also, but I really hope I can make it to all the rides!

I have mine set for SDMT 320-420, PP 425-525 and HM 530-630. I've been there before in the evening before the party and its a little backed up at Mansion since you might have both people who have been there the day and Halloween ticket people, and they want to experience the HM.

I have to time everything out right since I'm doing Islands of adventure in the morning until early afternoon, maybe Disney springs for a bit and then have to be at MK turnstiles right at 4:00 so I make the mine train Fastpass.

I don't worry about Space, Splash, (btm will still be closed) since later at night those get to be usually walk on.

I would hit HM during MNSSHP. If they have the woman seated on the bench outside wisecracking with the guests in line you can't beat the ambiance. Plus HM in general has a little extra umph..during the party.

I understand you want to hit some rides, but are you planning on doing any of the rare character M&G's? If so, you'll want to be in line for them prior to 7pm. The line for Jack and Sally starts forming at 4. Just as the line for the Dwarfs does as well and those lines can exceed 2 hours of wait time VERY fast once the party crowd starts arriving.

Crowd levels at the MK are normally lower on those days anyway since people don't want to burn a full day pass at a park that is going to close at 7pm. So you may find yourself in a situation where FP's may not be needed. Mine Train, sure. Space, probably, but the Mansion will be busy but they keep things moving.

Yes do HM during the party. The lighting and Fog and the Lady telling stories outside the mansion is one of my favorite things at the party. I would choose 7D of course, Big Thunder and Space Mountain. The line for Splash will shorten during the party. On occasion late into the party I've walked right on Peter Pan but of course that may have just been a anomaly.

Last year we booked meet and greet fast passes for just before the party started. We knew from experience in Paris that the character queues would be crazy busy and this way we had some memory maker photos in our costumes/outfits. It was only princesses and Mickey but it was still fun. We had already meet Jack and Sally in Paris so we used some of the party time to do rides which where walk on later on. Plus the trick or treat areas where walk through later in the evening. Our daughter loved the trick or treating the most as she had never done it before. It was top of her wish list for this years visit, despite not even liking sweets!!
