Can somebody explain to me what fast pass is? I'm going back to Disney for the first time in 9 years. I've been 5 times before but I dont think they had fast pass the last time I went. Thanks =)

Fast pass will give you a scheduled time to come back to the attraction and get into it quicker after you have waited a till your scheduled time. You can usually only have one fast pass at a time. You scan your park pass in to get the fast pass.

 You put your park ticket into a machine at the ride you want to go on, and it kicks out a ticket with a time to return like between 12 and 1. Then, when you come back, you show the person at the fastpass return entrance your ticket and go on in. You get to walk by everyone in line! When that fastpass is used, you can get another one. I'm not sure how soon though. Have fun. wow, how could you stand 9 yrs. away from the magic??:hammer: :sohappy:

LOL I know. Believe me I wanted to go back to disney but its just so much money. I'm 21 now and the last time i went I was 13. I was obsessed with Disney then and I still am now. Now that I'm making good money I'm going back and taking my boyfriend who, sadly, has never been there. I cant wait.

It really is as easy as NAPNET explained it above!

Certain attractions all over the WDW parks are designated as "FastPass" attractions.

This means if you approach the ride and see the Standby Waiting Line is pretty long, you can choose not to wait in line by getting a FP ticket.

This is done by inserting your park ticket into the FP machine outside the attraction. The machine then dispenses a FP ticket with a time that you can come back and ride the attraction without waitingin the standby line.

Generally the FP lines are pretty quick, though many people use them when they are really not necessary, so don't make that mistake. Once you get a FP ticket, you have to wait a certain amount of time before you can get another one.

The general practice is to get a FP for one of your favorite rides, then go get in line for another one and by the time you get off that one, it might be time for your FP ride!

It's easy!...and there are Cast Members at each location to help out!

HAVE FUN!
