First I apologise if this has been asked before.

At my 60 day mark for booking fastpass+ am I able to book for 10 days as in the dining plan? Or is it just for the first day?

I have visions of having to get up at 5.00am everyday for 14 days to book fastpass+ (UK time)

Thanks

It's my understanding (and someone please correct me if I'm wrong) that if you are staying on property, you can book FP+ for your entire trip at midnight (Florida time...adjust accordingly for your time zone) at the 60 day mark. This part I'm certain of, as it has been my experience.

It is also my understanding (and this is the part that I'm less sure of and for which I invite correction) is that if you're not staying on property, you can book your FP+ selections at 30 days, but only one day at a time.

And, again per my understanding, if you buy your tickets when you arrive, you're stuck going to a kiosk and getting the leftovers.

I really don't think you have to worry about getting up at 5:00 AM even once. Attractions have much larger capacity than restaurants and there's far more of them, so the mad scramble for dining reservations doesn't really exist on the FP+ side of things, especially since only resort guests are allowed to book at the 60 day mark. You shouldn't have any trouble booking what you want, even if you wake up at a normal time.

I just booked at my 60 day mark for Easter week (did it mid-morning) and had no trouble getting everything I wanted. 7DMT, Anna & Elsa and parade viewing all available for all my days.

Its bad enough having to get up at that time just the once to make the bookings, I'd never do it for 14 consequtive days. The sacrifices we have to make just for a bl**dy holiday !!!

@habuma is spot on with their reply

You're probably right, but for a few of the things my family wanted to do, I didn't want to take any chances. (Anna & Elsa and 7DMT were the main priority.) So I was logged in to MDE at 11pm (I'm in the central time zone) the night before and snagged those FP+ options right away.

If you only rely on the ticket itself, then yes, you'd have to go to a kiosk every day and select your FP+ for that day from what's left.

But if on the first day you link the ticket to your MDE profile (or create a new profile and link it to that) you can then go on the MDE app or website and select the rest of your days' worth of FP+. I don't believe you can sleect the additional days at the kiosk. (They may be able to do it at Guest Services, but I'm not sure about that part.)

Since I have never gotten up to do that I am not sure but I think I have read in the threads that it doesn't always open exactly at midnight eastern time. Some have reported later. Except for the Frozen Meet and Greet I am not sure there is any reason to stay up and book FP's unless you are doing one of the busiest weeks of the year...and even then.

I think someone found a connection between the closing times of the parks and when the window opens. So if a park is open after midnight, the window won't open until after it closes. That's why some times of the year the window seem to open right at midnight and sometimes it's later.

Today is 60 days out, and have been trying to book FP's, but it keeps telling me "Let's try this later" and freezing... oh well.

It's amazing that the first day that I'm allowed to make FP, the site is not letting me. Just like last trip, the ones I want won't be available (except by completely rearranging my schedule) by the time I CAN get on. ARRGH....

It's 12:06 am and I can't make my FPs. Up until midnight it said I could make them on 2/18 and now it's telling me I can't make them until 2/19 :(

I got a similar thing only changing from 18th of Feb to 19th of April (the day I check in at POFQ)….
Mine says that too! I glazed over the April part! I'm going to attempt to stay up until 1 (park closing) to see if that works.

It's most likely just a temporary "does not compute" message from the server. It's been saying that you can't make them until Feb 18th. But since the MK is open until 1am it pushes the window opening time later... But since it's after midnight it's now Feb 18th... But the system can't say "cannot make FP+ until Feb 18th" because it *is* Feb 18th... But the system isn't available to make FP+ yet... Aww heck, I'll just display their checkin date...
