Yep, it's that time again folks as Pitchers and Catchers report to Spring Training in less than a week.

I'm posting this just a bit early because last year's group was very small to say the least and I want to get the word out as early as possible so that anyone who wants to can join in.

Anyway, this year's league will be on ESPN because it works a lot better than Yahoo Sports in my opinion. It's a head to head league with a Live Online Draft on Saturday March 28, 2009 at Noon ET

There are up to 20 spots available, but I'm inviting some MiceChat people to join as well.

I might possibly join, but I want to ask this first. How competitive of a league is this? One of my biggest pet peeves is playing in a league where a quarter of the teams stop paying attention half way through or guys don't set their line-ups consistently. I know you can't guarantee full participation, but what has it been like in the past? Thanks

Fairly competitive. I'll keep changing my lineup until it locks. I know one other guy from MiceChat is very competitive, he won last year's league.

The only thing is that we've never gotten a large number of people to join, that's why I keep bumping this thread every couple of days, just to make sure everyone will see this thread. There were only six people last year. The good thing about that though is that everyone has good players, they're not stuck with anybody.
