Anyone could be so kind to explain me how does the Fantasmic! Dragon works? I've heard it opens in 3 steps/phases. Is this correct? And how is that it shoots the fire ball onto the water? This really take my attention to it, specially knowing how they can put up and down a 40 foot structure in less than 20 seconds or so. Thanks!

Im pretty sure the neck folds into the body, and then the whole dragon is then lowered or raised up by the lift. Kinda like a folding telescope(is that even what there called the things pirates use... lol)
As for the fire it looks like a liquid that is shot out first, then ignited by a spark or flame. The river is set fire by the gas lines.
