Do these reservations fill up as soon as they open? I'm now exactly at my 60 day window, and the website is showing no availabilities.

DL sometimes likes to take its time to load in dining reservations. Last summer I kept seeing no availability over and over again. Then suddenly a week later dining reservations were there with ample prime times available. That may be the case here.

One other thing worth noting: for Blue Bayou last summer, they weren't doing Fantasmic packages through a separate reservation. I just made a regular BB reservation and then asked about the dining package in the middle of the meal. I'm not sure if that is still the case at BB or if the other restaurants do it any differently, but that was the case last July.

The package for River Belle is added on at the restaurant upon check-in, unless you want the premium seating package then that is reserved on the app. I hear that goes super fast. Hungry Bear and Blue Bayou packages can be reserved ahead on the app, they too go quickly.

Just chatted with a CM in the app. They said it could be done either way at Blue Bayou (reserve a package or just book a reservation and ask at restaurant), but that specifically booking the package is recommended.

At the moment we have a regular reservation for BB, though I'll keep an eye out for packages.

Edit: And the Blue Bayou page on the Disneyland site says " You can also dine with us at lunch or dinner and request our Fantasmic! Dining Package from your server that includes a tasty 3-course meal plus admission to a separate Fantasmic! viewing location that evening."
