Fantasmic dining package in December

Does anyone know why the Fantasmic Dining Packages aren't being release for the last half of December? The last date shown as available is December 15. Does this usually happen or is there a chance that Fantasmic won't be showing after December 15?

This is normal, for example the Rivers of Light dining package currently ends at the end of October.
