Gee whiz, it's Florida. No one's surprised to find snakes scattered everywhere. Last year we saw what looked to be a good sized garden snake near the hot tub at Bay Lake Tower. No one freaked out.

This was very unfortunate, but, there's no negligence on Disney's part.

both parents are lawyers and when i told this to my dad, he quoted a case he was taught about that had to do with a fire cracker and a train scale. pretty much its an action that causes an unforeseen event is free from liability. it is unforeseen that a grandmother would have a heart attack from allowing native snakes to slither around

Poisonous or Venomous? Venom is poison so a snake is venomous meaning that it can poison you. So it isn't at all incorrect to say that a snake is poisonous, because it is only venomous until it bites. At that point you don't need to eat it to get poisoned by it. I know of no one that has ever been described as venom-ed to death. :hungover:
Typically nobody dies by drinking snake venom.
