Family Suite questions-Please help!

I am thinking about booking a family suite at one of the value resorts but I can't seem to find a lot of info on them. I am hoping someone on the board can help me.
Are there family suites at Pop Century or just the All Star resorts? Are there suites in the moderate level resorts?
How different is a family suite from the cabins (space, pricing, extras, etc)?

Does anyone have any pictures of the layouts?

Any info &/or thoughts on the suites would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Only All-Star Music has the suites. There is a limited amount of information on WDWMagic [older info] and on AllEars.net with some photos of the suites as well.

Have a look here and here.

There's only 4 of us, but i have 2 little ones that don't fall sleep easily if mommy and daddy are in the room with them. I was looking into the family suites just to make bedtime a little easier.

I've stayed in a Family Suite before. As Monty said, they are only at ASMU resort, ours was in the Jazz section. It was 4 of us, all 20 somethings. The suite was extremely nice, having the second bathroom was great with 2 women in the morning. I slept on both the sofa bed and the chair bed during the course of our stay, both of them were comfortable. I would recommend the suites to anyone.

The cabins at FW are always an option too. That way you would have a full kitchen to make breakfast and possibly other meals. Allows you to save a good chunk of cash.
