The wristband and app would receive messages from dozens of hotspots in the park, then play the cutaway gags.

Even new ones written specifically for the park?
How about writing a commercial for Family Guy Town?
Forget what I said.
A giant Peter Griffin statue in the middle of the park is good!
Family Guy Town commercial:
"Hi, Peter Griffin here. At Family Guy Town, you get to experience a day in the life of your 2nd most favorite cartoon family! We have rides, games, and even animatronics, which only live to entertain guests, and I promise you, we haven't been using them to do underground fightings rings for budget, nor will they become evil and try to kill you.
Take this Brian animatronic. See? completely harmless!"
Peter turns the animatronic on.
Brian: "Destroy all humans. Destroy all humans. The age of Family Guypocalypse is nigh."
Peter: "Eh, sure they'll fix it by opening day. Family Guy Town! Perfect if you don't have enough money for SimpsonsWorld, realized that Bob's Burgers: The Experience is just like an episode of the show where only a few interesting things happen between seemingly nonstop songs, or you already knew that a park based off the adventures of four constantly screaming kids who curse every half a second was a terrible idea."

Land ideas:
* Clam Coast Harbor (water rides, and the hangout Peter goes to. A statue of Seth MacFarlane is present)
* American Alleyway (Liberty Square spoof with American Dad attraction based on Hall of Presidents… that’s actually the Hall of Peters, containing dozens of obscure Griffin relatives. It mixes Hall of Presidents with Universe of Energy, as vehicles suddenly start moving past the endless Peters as Stan Smith tries to regain control. Lots of political satire. There’s also Dead End Murder Hall, a ride based on the Diane Simmons and Jeff episodes.)
* Rhode Island (includes a Brian & Stewie e-ticket, as well as the main station for the park’s train)
* Chicken Country (Critter Country send-up with Peter Vs. Ernie dueling 4D coaster. It’s 4D in more ways than one.)
* North Pole (As in Road to the North Pole)
* Multiversal Culture Fair (World Showcase spoof with numerous countries the characters have visited, and different universes too.)
* Galaxy’s Folly (Parody of Galaxy’s Edge, features The Orville as a major attraction)

Firstly, his name is Stewie, not Stevie.
Secondly, this park only focuses on Family Guy. Make the Hall of Presidents attraction a parody with Peter as the host.
Thirdly, turn Ted's Top Country into a theater that houses Chicken Fight 4D, along with other attractions.

So, will a Haunted Mansion equivalent be located at a dead end?
Can there be lands based off the Star Wars parody episodes, the Multiverse, and a World Showcase parody of multiple places depicted by Family Guy, @Miru @MickeyMouse10?
Also on opening day, they should show a specially-made episode where the Griffin family visit the park in a Westworld parody.
