For those expecting steep fall discounts, these are not them. For Room only, the AP discounts max at 25-30% for deluxes and work back. Last year it was up to 40% The non-AP rates are 10-20% for deluxes and work back.

My current reservation is with the Poly, but every time I search the discount online it keeps popping up with standard rates

Agreed. We were going to do a couple of nights end of August (before SW opens) and then a couple of nights first week of September (Food & Wine) but the discounts were nowhere near as good as what we got for August. I was surprised since some say they are hurting for bookings. Maybe they're not going "all out" yet.
One thing I did notice that is unusual is Art of Animation was $125 with the passholder discount. I've never seen that one with an AP discount or with any kind of reasonable price before.
Anyway, after checking the food & wine special events for the only time we could go in September, we decided to nix that trip, and added another day to our August trip - $221 for the cabins at FW, still available, surprisingly with the summer offer.
Just rebooked and canceled the original reservation. I guess that will mess up my FP but oh, well.

I was able to rebook our water view at the Yacht club and saved about $200. It's over veterarn's weekend and the first two nights had no discount, the third night had a $200 discount which is better than nothing. The BC had about $200 off every night but it was for a garden view and we prefer the Yacht.

Agh, I had to run to a meeting at work so had to hang up (after hitting nearly an hour and a half) ... would it be too late if I tried to call back either during lunch or after work? (ie 6pm?) or is everything booked/sold out by that time?
Also, I've got to say ... this is even more frustrating than the upgraded MagicBand thing!
