Fall Free Dining (PIN?)

So it turns out that for probably the last 2 years I've been getting the Disney Destinations e-mails with the special deals and associated pin and didn't know it because they were going to my junk mail. I realized this when I found one in there re: a pin to get free dining this fall.

So what's happened since? Well they stopped going to my junk mail but apparently that email I found, it decided that since I had read it, it'd go ahead and delete itself.

Anyone on these mailings that happens to still have the associated PIN for this offer (if it is even still valid)? I'm playing with the idea of a surprise trip this fall and it'd be lovely to have free dining! :)

Generally if you have a PIN associated with your name it's not transferable. The good news is if you call reservations and explain that you had a PIN they can check you in their system and find it for you. The PINs are also noted with your name in DTCs reservation system. I've heard of people who didn't even know they had a PIN call in and find out they have one available. ;)

I concur with Sweetpee on this one. Even better yet, you really don't need to explain anything. Just call reservations andd tell them your name and address and they can see if a Pin was issued to you. You can actually check for everyone in your family if you have created a Disney account for them. You might get lucky and see a Pin offer for your spouse that you and/or your spouse didn't even know about. Good luck.

Thanks for the answers! Unfortunately there's a whole other issue at play here. When I discovered I was getting the e-mails I also discovered they were being sent in the name of my step-son's girlfriend. I contacted them to fix it but I'm betting it shows under her name still which may open a whole other can of worms. If they can look by my e-mail address though I suppose it's possible. :) Thanks!

In a case of "ask and ye shall receive" I just this morning received an e-mail from Dis Destinations with the fall offer. :)
