Corey called earlier they (him and 2 roommates) are renting a house for $350 a month. The church they rent from is doubling the rent as of Oct 1st. So now they have to move. It might be a house but no central A/C or cable and no internet. They can move into an apartment and have more for the same amount.:brick:

Wow - $350 a month? You'd never find anything that cheap around here - even double that!

They had a 3 bedroom house. All they had to do was mow the church yard (about 3 acres) and clean the church (very sm church) The members of the church was never happy with the work the boys did. They might have done a better job but I know they didn't do bad.

wow - that was a great deal! we rent MIL's house (3 BR, 1 bath) out for $1200 per month plus utilities but they have to do the yard work and shovel the snow.
