failed phone interview :(

I guess i'm not qualified to be part of the magic held at Disney

Don't beat yourself up over it this time! I'm assuming you applied fairly recently and I know when you apply has a lot to do with your chances. Keep doing good in school and apply again in 6 months but apply as soon as applications go out. The further into the application period you apply the more critical they are of the applicants so maybe you were what they are looking for but they don't have any spots left in the field you would fit into so they had to pass this round if that makes any sense.
