Near Walt Disney Presents - Hollywood Studios
Near Rockettower Plaza - Tomorrowland, Magic Kingdom

This info is from 2012 so grain of salt...
There are five face-painting locations at Disney, one in each of the theme parks and one at Downtown Disney. They are: Magic Kingdom in Tomorrowland near the Space Mountain restrooms, Epcot near the Outpost in World Showcase, Hollywood Studios across from Toy Story Midway Mania, Animal Kingdom in Harambe Village in the Africa section of the park and in Downtown Disney near Guest relations.
