Face Characters

A friend and I were having a discussion and it made me wonder if I am forgetting something. How many live action characters have become face characters? We thought of Jack Sparrow, Mary Poppins, Burt, Ice Queen (from Narnia). Anyone else we are forgetting? You could argue people like Alice, since she was a live action character long before she was in animated form. Also, you could argue Cruelle DeVille since 101 Dalmations was made into a live action movie, but staying true to my original point, are there people I am missing?

Live action Cruella De Vil appears out at California Adventure. I have met her and her costume is astounding.

I've seen live action Cruella at both Magic Kingdom and MGM. Star Wars people (as said). There are many from animated movies.

The Muppets don't really count, do they? Essentially, puppets are animated characters.

Dreamfinder? In the attraction he was always presented as a "realistic" looking human figure, not a cartoon. It's a stretch, but he sort of counts (not from a film though).
