Extra ways to sprinkle pixie dust on a trip?

24 days to go and I'm sitting here thinking..."I wonder how I can make my trip even more magical for my kiddos???" I just finished ordering a personalized cake for our first night to be served to the kids after dinner at Whispering Canyon! I'm not even going to tell my DH, so hopefully he'll get some excitement from it too! Just trying to think of little ways to surprise them without paying tons of cash...What do you all do to add a little extra pixie dust to your trips? I know some of you must have some tricks up your sleeve?? ;)

For me, I like to keep it simple like doing something I've never done but really wanted to do like eat a restaurant you've always wanted but never had the time or money to do so. Or do a recreation activity like the sea-racers or kayaking.

We do a 100 day countdown and when we reach the 25 day mark I do a disney gift each day. Sometimes big ones and some times dollar store stuff. But usually it's disney stuff or related to the trip!!!

Umm, what if the kids are 12 and 14. They know we are going to Disney, as we are coming from Australia. I am terrible at keeping secrets, because I am so excited and I blurt out each new update as I make it. lol. I was thinking of a gift bag being delivered on our first day. Ideas anyone? Oh, we are there from Dec 12 - 19 and already organised MVMCP tix.
