Extra Magic Hours and Dining Reservations

Good day all! I just have a quick question. I have dining reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table starting at 9:35 PM. I estimate we'll be dining for minimum one hour. Magic Kingdom is closing at 10PM on the same day and will have Extra Magic Hours until 1AM. I'm not staying on Disney property, and wanted to know if I can stay after dinner in the park? How do they empty the park so fast? Do the cast members ask for ID at the attractions? Thanks! :)

I believe you won't be escorted out of the park but you won't be able to ride any attractions.

Cast members scan MagicBands which has resort info on them.

Also evening EMH is 2 hours, not 3, so if EMH ends at 1 a.m. MK would be open to non-resort guests until 11 p.m.

Yes, you'll be able to stay and enjoy the atmosphere/eat/shop (they won't kick you out), but they do scan magic bands at rides so you would be denied entrance to rides. You also wouldn't be able to get back in should you leave the park.
