From an email I received today:

Here's how it works:
1. Enroll by clicking on the "Enroll Now" button.
2. Pay eligible utility bills with your Disney Visa Card.
3. Qualifying payments made between April 1 and August 31, 2017 will earn an additional 3% in Disney Dream Reward Dollars on top of the 1% you already earn – for a total of 4% (up to 500 reward dollars)!1, 2
Earn more and get closer to redeeming toward Disney
merchandise, Theme Park tickets and so much more!

I don't think it will amount to a huge amount of money, but it helps! And the timing works perfectly for me since it's from now through the end of August, and we have a "splurge" trip planned for our anniversary in early September. (It's easier to splurge with free dollars!! LOL.)
