I was curious if anyone had bought any DVDs from the "Extinct Attractions Club" site because I'm thinking about buying the Horizons one and I was wondering if anyone who had purchased one could tell me if it's worth it.
Here's a link to the site...

I got the entire set for Christmas. I should be watching some of them soon. From what I have investigated and from the emails I have been recieving (since I am now part of the club because of the purchases)... it looks to be very well done and professional. Maybe I will put in the Horizons one tonight to get a better feel for it. I still have many Christmas items scattered throughout the house so I cannot watch it through just yet.

From the club emails, it looks like a World of Motion DVD is on it's way soon (among several others).

Hi! I bought some of those DVDs and they sent them to me in the UK. The even re sent Mission to Mars after it got lost on the way. They are generally very well edited, and feature some great footage long since forgotten. Recommended! PS I recently sent them 4 hours of footage from WDW 1990 - imagine what that includes!! Hopefully they will be able to use this footage in the New year...

Is a Journey Into Imagination one coming? If it did come out I would definitly ask my parents if they could order it.

The Horizons one is pretty good. It's a double DVD, with one disc dedicated almost solely to the Carousel of Progress and the '64-'65 World's Fair.
The Horizons one includes a pretty good full-attraction video and backstage footage taken by CM's in the 1980's.

Kickass, those are DEFINITELY on my birthday list. Are previews up yet? I may actually have been the one that caused JII to be released. I posted on the message boards in one of those suggestion threads.I'm not really a member though and other people must of wanted JII as well.
