Exterior Refurbishment at Stave Church building in the Norway Pavilion

A lot of exterior refurbishments have been ongoing in World Showcase. They just completed big ones in Canada and the UK, IIRC - and currently have a lot of walls up in Morocco, as well. Did they just let all of these exteriors get into pretty bad shape, or are they touching them up ahead of new a new lighting/projection effects package coming down the road?

I would imagine it's a combination of regular maintenance and certain improvements having been greenlit alongside the broader refresh of EPCOT (the redesigned pavement throughout, for instance).

It'd be nice for Norway to finally get pavilion lighting for the nighttime shows. And before someone says it's like that to look "symmetrical with Morocco", I'm not buying it. They aren't directly across from each other so it just looks lopsided:

And while we're at it, add a spotlight to the pavilion. That way WS can look more balanced for Luminous.
