Extending Resort Reservation?

Well, I've just found myself in an interesting predicament. I've been called to jury duty. Fortunately, it is AFTER my planned trip to WDW from 5/31-6/3. I have to report on the morning of 6/6 (technically call that Thursday night to see if I still need to report). I was going to check out on 6/3 and spend the rest of the week at a neighboring Florida beach the rest of the week. But that no longer makes sense to arrive at the beach on the afternoon of 6/3 and hedge my bets on a Thursday night phone call on the chance I have to report back Friday morning. Not really much time and not very relaxing either.

With that as background, I'm thinking I would rather extend my stay by one day. (Yes, my jury duty summons is to Disney's benefit, not to mention my own with one more day.) I made my reservation through Orbitz. Do I call WDW or Orbitz?

Considering the price, extending at CSR through Orbitz was just too much. The next option was another ressie for one night at CSR through WDW at AP rate. Nope too high. No major hardship to throw my stuff in the car, make a right on Buena Vista Drive and be at All Star Music in less than 5 minutes. Throw my stuff into my new room and bus to AK. Done. Oh, and I get another MB in the process. Crazy.
