Has anyone seen the TZ episode that the opening spiel, with the "map," came from? Is it good? I would like to see it. I haven't checked, but I am assuming that it apprears on one of the DVD sets. Do they sell that episode in the TOT gift shop?

I have. It's "It's a Good Life," from season 3. It stars Bill Mumy as a boy who has the power to read minds and to make things happen. He sends people to "the corn field" when they upset him or he doesn't get his way. It's a pretty good one.

I'm pretty sure it's not sold in the gift shop. It's been released on previous DVD sets, but if you're going to buy one I'd recommend getting the remastered Definitive Edition, season three of which is being released tomorrow.

I just saw that the Sci-Fi Channel is having a 27-hour Twilight Zone marathon starting at 11 PM EDT tonight. They will be showing the source episode for the Tower of Terror preshow, It's a Good Life, on the 4th of July at 5 PM EDT.
