Things may work out for you...I was told I would never have Maggie and look at her now...:)

I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Hey, I've got a question for you... .do you think it's appropriate to buy an unborn child a christmas present?

My in-laws and BIL are buying presents for my SIL... I think it's tacky to buy gifts for a fetus. Plus, if something happens it'd only make her feel worse to have gifts around the house. Not to mention that It's depressing to see her and be jealous that she's going to have a kid and I'm not.

Tell me I'm not crazy??

I personally would never buy a present for a baby until it was almost time for the baby to be born..probably not until the shower.
My sister had her inlaws buy her presents when she had gotten pregnant and then she ended up losing the baby at 4 months ..so she had all that stuff to deasl with...It was hard on her.

You are not crazy at all..You never know.

I know how you feel about the jealous thing..I cried everytime someone told me they were pregnant..I would congratulate them and then as soon as I was away from them I would bawl like a baby..It was so hard...I did not think it was fair.:(
Im so sorry you have to go through all of this..I really understand.

it's nice to have someone who understands, and knows I'm not being selfish and crazy. I'm so sick of people telling me "why can't you just be happy for them?" I am, but it's complicated. You're such a help. Marc can only be so supportive, but it's kinda a girl thing.

Very complicated..all these different emotions at once.

You guys are awesome... I'm so happy to have all of you!

It is complicated... and hard to understand unless you've been there.

But enough about sad things... I'm more ticked off at my boss right now

I'm back!!!

Sorry I just left on Tuesday...my mom knocked the internet box down and we couldn't get internet...still can't except on one computer.

Yesterday I went Christmas shopping with my brother...we had a great time together. I never get to just hang out with him anymore.

Oh...and it's a nasty, nasty day here. Rain, sleet, snow. Yuck! We're supposed to possibly get anywhere from 6 in to a foot of snow! :(

I would never buy a Christmas present for an unborn child. In fact, when DS was born, I didn't even have a baby shower 'til after his birth. Maybe I'm just superstitious, but I know too well how things can go wrong....

My fingers are crossed for you too..

I understand too - it's soo hard to be happy for someone else and grieving for yourself at the same time. ((((HUGS))))

Dave tried to understand, but it's so different for them...

It's in the high 60's here - I saw people Christmas shopping in shorts today! :o
