Hi guys! What attractions do you think will last forever at WDW?? Like no matter what, disney will not ever close until the whole world closes (which will never happen). Im talking about like attractions that will always have the same concept, even if a rehab takes place. Ok guys only choose one ride each!

The attraction im thinking will never ever ever ever close is Expedition Everest!! Heres my reasons...
-It will be GREAT ride!
-It will have cost WAY too much to be torn down.
-It has an everlasting topic, its not a fad.
-It be really hard to tear down!! lol
-It will be a symbol for AK.

Ok guys please post!

-I'd say the mountains (any of them) for pretty much the same reason the OP stated... The fact they are simply so large and detailed, I just can't see them doing a total demolition of Space, Splash, BTMRR, or now Everest.

-Maybe this is just wishful thinking, but I'd also like to say I don't ever see HM, SW, or POTC going anywhere.

*Whoops... sorry, I couldn't pick just one!

None. WDW will close long before forever.

Or be destroyed in some kind of accident/act.

As far as "What attraction will TWDC never close?" I'd have to go with ... It's A Small World. You can't use any from MGM, Epcot, or AK, because those parks all have a chance of being closed, however slim it is. MK will never be closed as long as WDW exists. In that park, there are a few attractions which can be possibly filled into this question:

Its A Small World
Jungle Cruise
Pirates of the Caribbean
Dumbo
Cinderella's Golden Carousel
Space Mountain

Thats about it. Splash Mountain and BTMR are out, because they are, after all, thrill rides. In 30 years or so, they may be completely out of place in the world (not World). Space would have been the same, except for the fact that DLR is spending so much time and money on their Space Mountain, I can't see them closing it, and by extension, closing the one at WDW.

But IASW wins, because TWDC already has shown it. All the original attractions are in pretty bad shape in some parts. Even older rides, that weren't original, are pretty beat up (Pirates). However, only one has received an extreme makeover (haha), and thats IASW.

So, IASW ftw.

i think the great movie ride and/or tower of terror will always @ MGM(besides, TOT is wwwaaayyy to hard to demolish that 1:animwink: )

Anything can be demolished.

I actually believe that Splash Mountain will be an everlasting attraction. It is a classic Disney ride with a ton of AAs. THere is so much detail in it and so much to look at, that is a very well appreciated ride. I don't think that the ride is very intense in today's world compared to rides at Six Flags, Cedar Point, etc. Yet it still draws a big crowd everyday. I haven't seen many people come off disappointed after riding Splash, and I don't believe this ride will ever be demolished.
