Everest....incomplete?

I'm not one for complaining about things as many of the people on this message board do so constantly, but I must say there is one thing that SORT of bothers me. Why isn't the back of Expedition Everest ....complete? Whenever I go to AK and I look from the parking lot it looks so weird. Looks like a billboard or something. Yes the paint helped a little bit, but it's still kind of tacky. I wish they would grow trees behind it or something to hide the illusion but even that I think would look worse. What a bummer that they didn't finish it entirely as it is truly an awesome site when you see it from inside the park.

It's been discussed at length.
The general consensus is that money that would have been wasted theming things seen only from outside the park was put into the more important aspects of the ride.

I'll give Mother Nature a call and ask her to speed up the growth of the trees that were planted back there.

While your on the line with her, you think you could ask her if theres anything she can do about the rain up here in the east?

I'll second that - perhaps send it down to FL where they really need it?

I don't knwo if you can tell from the parking lot but the back is paintied to look like a nepal temple or village of some sort.

Yes, I noticed that when I was at the top of Summit Plummet. It looks almost like a Nepal office building. Kinda strange. :lookaroun

I'll be so happy when those trees grow, then maybe we can stop making threads about that show building.

It's a temporary problem that is (slowly) being solved.

If you ever drove into the Magic Kingdom from the north (as if you were a CM),
you would be aghast.

Some things really don't need to be themed.
