It is WELL taller than half of its final height. 75% is a more accurate number. It is current as tall or taller than the Tree of Life, so at least 140 feet tall.

Does anyone know if it will look like the Matterhorn or not? I know it won't be identical.. But would it be similar? I would think so.

It is semi-similar. It has 3 or 4 peaks instead of one big one. Here's a pic:
