Ever meet the Mayor?

As in "Pull the Lever: Vote for Weaver."

I met the Mayor for the first time back in April. He thought my boyfriend and I were on our hunnymoon. I played along and he gave me a button that says "Magical Wishes from Walt Disney World". It has a picture of bride minnie and groom mickey in the middle. I wore it all day just for the fun of it. When I saw Mickey later in the day he gave me a great big kiss and shoot my boyfriends hand. I thought it was sweet.

I happened to meet the Mayor on "Hug The Mayor" Day


Now..... why do I suspect that every day is "Hug The Mayor" Day?

We met the Mayor on our last trip and had some photos made with him. I told him how much we enjoyed visiting his fair city, and he thanked us for visiting and for the "financial support".

When I was there in July, I saw the Mayor, three town gossips and the fireman. I heard one of the town gossips calling the fireman "smokey". It was a ton of fun. I had a nice chat with one of the town gossips and I mentioned that I hadn't seen the other two ladies before and she said one of them was new.
