We're making a rare off-property trip and were wondering about evening EMH.

If a non resort guest (us) does not have a wristband, can he (me) stay in the park to dine or shop?

I guess I'm saying, if I'm not riding rides, can I hang around to spend more $$.

Yes you can. You can dine, shop and enjoy the atmosphere, just don't try to get on those rides. :wave:

You sometimes can ride rides also if they are not paying attention

I have never gotten on a ride or into a show without my wristband being checked.
