I would like it more if it was not in the bar or there was another bar at POR with the same hours in case I'd like to have a drink after running around the parks all day in a more relaxing atmosphere.

I completely agree. I find Bob to be extremely talented & a really nice guy to boot. I've talked with him a good handful of times. That being said, the noise level in the bar is just too much for me, especially after a long day in the parks. We tend to favor Scat Cats in POFQ. Seems to be quieter & a better place to grab a beverage and watch the football game after walking around all day. Caught the Saints game there last January.

So Bob has two non-Port Orleans gigs coming up this week: tomorrow (Sunday) 2 - 6 at Chevys in Crossroads, then Monday from 5 - 10 at HoB Front Porch. Different vibe than his Disney-approved shows, playing with his new partner Steve Hogie.

River roost is one of my favorite resort bars anywhere on Walt Disney World property.
But I always time my visits to avoid "Bob", because I prefer to enjoy the amazing relaxing ambience of the place.
