EVC's and Early Morning EMH's

Does anyone know what the opening procedure is at the theme parks? Can you rent an Electric Vehicle before guests are admitted to attractions on Early Morning EMH's or any other mornings? I'd hate to be stuck at the wheelchair rental spot while everyone else is already sprinting to TSM or TT or Soarin'.

The stroller rental should be open and ready to rent an ECV for EMH mornings. You should have no problem. Just go to strollers right after you get into the park. Enjoy your trip.
