Eritrian Coffee Cermony at Millenium Village

Does anyone remember this ceremony? I doubt many took the time to stop by, but honestly ... it was fantastic coffee for those who enjoy a good cup of joe.

Unfortunately there is little information about this ceremony. And even less information about what was used ... like, what type of coffee etc. At the time, I was more concerned with actual coffee than asking questions about the origin of the beans etc ... but I would love to know. Hoping that there is a Cast Member out there with some info for me!

Oh yes, you just brought back such a lovely memory! My DH & I stopped and had the coffee ceremony and I remember how amazed and pleased the lady was that my DH knew so much about her country. (He reads a lot!)
Sorry that I don't remember anything about the coffee specifically.

I remember! I didn't have any of the coffee, but I loved millenium village and remember seeing the coffee display and wanting some but being too shy to go over.. haha.
