Swing and a miss, IMO. I liked that effect at the end with the launch from the center though! It needed more pyro!! More spectacle!! There are good bones, but this just doesn't do it for me.

I’m not there in person, but it looks like an easy upgrade over Harmonious in regards to flow and fitting EPCOT. Plus, lots of pyro.

It also seems like they afforded themselves the ability to upgrade it easily in the future given the new more versatile barges, so I don’t feel like we’re stuck with this show for 20 years.

I definitely prefer Illumination’s presentation, and there’s no remote comparison on the music front, though, so I still can’t help feel it’s a downgrade in that sense.

Highlights are the pavilions lighting up with each choral refrain in Into the Unknown, the center barge, and the torches kicking on for the INCREDIBLE finale.

That was optimistic, unifying, and brimming with love.

And what a fantastic surprise pyro effect at the end using that centre barge!
