Oct 1 has only been guessed as an appropriate time for a new 100th show. But we don't know for sure. And even if that is the timetable... delays are always possible.

Thought I caught wind of possible pyro tests tonight… anyone know if that panned out?

People are saying it might be Epcot Forever but this seems kinda early for it. Don't know what other reason they'd be testing though so who knows.
It does seem early for EF...ESP since HEA doesn't have any Tests planned.....
Maybe the Barge is finally back???? Although IDK why You would need to test Harm, which closes in 2 Months for that.....

As for HEA, they have been testing, just not pyro.

Correct. I just figured since it both has the same debut date , Testing for both shows would start around the same time.

Just popping in with logical thought. We Go On is in Disneyland's 100 esplanade loop. Disney has been using EPCOT Forever pyro and hardware for about a year now in Harmonious. What could there be to test this early on that's just run of the mill?
Hopefully a new narrator and ending.
