Park Planning/Epcot Restaurants

Ok, I'm planning a trip for March 3-6th, staying at Pop Century. I plan on going to MGM Friday, Epcot Saturday, and Magic Kingdom Sunday.

I want to take my girlfriend to a nice, somewhat upscale restaurant in Epcot. I already made a reservation for Chefs de France--I just want some feedback on that place, or any additional advice on restaurants within the theme parks.

Also, does my itinerary seem ok? I know some of you are masters at trip planning. I saw this one site that had 'crowd index' and what parks would be best on each day of the week--that's how I came up with MGM on Friday, Epcot on Saturday and Magic Kingdom on Sunday...

I'm going to be asking tons of questions in the next couple weeks, so be prepared! Thank you in advance for your responses!

My fiancee took a 4 day trip to Disney last August....we live in New Orleans and get to eat at really good french restaurants here and Chefs compares favorably....however, it IS NOT romantic...in fact, I don't think you'll find a romantic restaurant in EPCOT.....let me say that my standard for romantic isn't all about ambiance, it has more to do with noise level.....all of the EPCOT restaurants are noisy and busy....try to go later at night if you can...

We both love italian (our favorite restaurant at Home is a creole-italian place)....but we found Alfredo's to only be ok.....we were on the dining plan and could order whatever we wanted (not that anything was too pricy), but we found it just wasn't as good....

Stick with Chefs...show up a half hour or more before your reservation time, grab some wine at the outside vendor and sit and watch the water....its a fantastic way to relax and have some together time....

Have fun!!

I made reservations on Sunday at 'Le Cellier', 'San Angel', 'Alfredo' and 'Chefs'.

Yes, I'm cruel for doing this, but I just don't know where I want to go just yet. When we get to Epcot, we'll check out all four and 'then' decide where we want to eat. I'll call up the other 3 places and cancel.

I'm not going to risk spending $60+ dollars on food/restaurant setting that I'm not even familiar with.
