Epcot pyro test next Wed

Epcot has an after hours pyro test next Wed at 11:45pm. Looks to be scheduled for an hour, so sounds fairly extensive. Perhaps just testing for Peace on Earth, or possibly new product for RoE. Anyone know anything more?

What is the best bet for seeing this? I assume everyone has been shooed out of the park by that time.

As a guest you will not get to see this unless you are at an EPCOT area resort that can look at the lagoon. Fireworks testing does not begin until the park has been cleared of all guests for the night. That is why it is scheduled at 11:45 because most nights the park is clear at 11:15.

I would have to say it is probably just new pyro being tested. I know some of the pyro guys for EPCOT have been talking about trying out some new stuff but it could also be the holiday show as well.

Too bad I'll be out of town for this one.

No buzz but the fireworks guys are always testing new product to see if it is consistant enough for use in the parks. It could be a test of a new manufacturers products or just new burst they might want to add.

It is a test for new PoE product. Same tag, different product.

Expect some tech rehearsals this weekend too, after hours.
