Epcot New Years Global Countdown Fireworks Show?

Has there been any word on whether we'll see the traditional Global Countdown NYE show at Epcot this year? With all the changes including no Holiday tag and the lack of any reference on the WDW website I grow concerned?

Yes its been very very quiet on that front. I see no reason why it can't be done this year from a hardware perspective.

Just finally saw a post on the Parks Blog site that confirms the Global Countdown (in some form) for Epcot on NYE. This is the very first reference I've seen to it so far.
