I thought it was running as soon as they offered the park hopper. Did that not happen? Anybody?
Park hopping begins January 1 2021 but will not see the return of the EPCOT monorail
Buses will be the primary park-to-park mode of transportation.

The issue at the moment:
it would require close to 30 cast members to be called back
due to Covid regulations new pilots can’t be trained because of the close proximity
they need as many trains as possible on MK lines to have highest capacity possible
They were testing Red on the line a couple days ago, which was nice to see!
