EPCOT Meet The World "Blueprint"

I thought I would share something I just received in the mail today. It is a production sheet "blueprint" for a scene from the never built Meet The World attraction at EPCOT's Japan. I picked this up fairly inexpensively and looking for anyone familiar with the Tokyo Disney version of the show and if this was included in it or if this was a never realized scene. It is hand drawn and dated February 1982! Any comments would be helpful! Thanks!

I scanned at combined this into one photo. I also added higher resolution photos so you can see it zoomed in.

This looks to be for a full sized portion of a building, not a show scene. It seems really odd. Why would a Japan Pavlion show include an Arab Bazzar (sic)?

Thats what I thought. Anyone familiar with the Tokyo Disneyland version? I think it may be from the video and not a show scene. I noticed the words Zorro St. Could it be referring to the old Zorro set on the Studio lot?
