Should I go get reservations for tutto italia or Via napoli? I heard both are very good.

Via Napoli we love the pizza and gelato for desert! It is a must every trip! One tip ask for extra cheese if you go there and have pizza. They are sometimes very skimpy with the cheese. Lol 
Never ate at the other and I know that one gets mixed reviews. Some like it and some don't but that's like a lot of places at WDW. Lol

Tutto Italia is great for dinner for a more intimate atmosphere and food other than pizza. Via Napoli if you want pizza for lunch.

They're both good. I like via Napoli a little better, but you'll like whatever one you go to.

I like Via Napoli better. My hubby and I shared an entree and a pizza so we got to try more stuff. The pizza needed more cheese but it was good.

There just wasn't anything on the Tutto Italia menu that caught my fancy after they changed the menu, so last year we went to Via Napoli.
Best ... decision ... ever.
Along with The Wave, Beaches & Cream (for a mid-afternoon snack), and Kona (for brekkie), Via Napoli was on the year's must-do list. We will be dining there in just over 2 weeks.

When we were there in 2000 we ate at a restaurant that I can't remembet the name of. More pasta and typical Italian entrees - not pizza? What place would this have been? DS 14 was a toddler at the time. We were so happy to sit down in a real restaurant with a bottle of wine. Then exhausted DS started being very silly and we had to wolf down dinner and bolt. Still, a fond memory!
