Oh you mean a new country that isn't there! Why Scotland of course..With the resort looking like a castle, with a drawbridge entrance over a moat..Of course that castle would be haunted by Sir Hamish McTavish and his wife,Magdalena.. Oooooh...The cast members decked out in tartan...Entertainment in the Purple Heather lounge by Hocus Pocus and the dancing pixies..Happy hour in the bar with your host Mr Hatter..:hungry:

And you can't swim in the loch (pool) for fear you will encounter Nessie! I hear the bagpipes calling!

Please, this is a family resort!
Will they offer archery? How will they keep unsuspecting guests from walking in front of targets?

I'm thinking archery could be done with the suction cup arrows.

Personally, I'd like to see a resort with a Value, Moderate, and Deluxe setting. Each could be different (Value: Scotland, Moderate: Germany, and Deluxe: Italy) and each would offer varying levels of service and theming. The choice of country to level would not be indicative of any implied insult, either. Still, it would give a great way to incorporate all of these into one. Attach it to EPCOT and you have something for everyone.

Let's not forget a new interactive game for Epcot.. Highlander the Quickening.
Maybe a Wiskey Distillery as well?

Now Ladies and gentlepeeps,
A Previous thread by Mr @real mad hatter has me thinking :jawdrop:.
If Disney built a new resort complex attached to epcot and themed all the section to a different country,Which countries and theming would you like to see ??

And they are off :D
I guess I would like to see each section as a continent. There would be a Europe section, a South American section, an Asia section etc.

Yes, I think Scotland would give them lots of material to play with. They have already been inspired by a castle that is on the other side of the cliff that I can see from my front window - Dunnottar Castle at Stonehaven for the film Brave.
Thing is though, castles already feature big at WDW. The hotel could be quaint whitewashed buildings set around a harbour - very Scottish (and which I'm looking at right now!)
