Hello everyone!
i was recently accepted into the Disney World College Program and found out my work location was Future World West Attractions!

I was curious if anyone would know what are the rotations there for the cast members?

Thanks again!

For the most part at Epcot, CPs are only trained in attractions in one pavilion. There are a few that might learn 2 pavilions that are near each other (Test Track & Mission Space, for example.) I'm currently drawing a blank as to which attractions are on which side of Future World. Not only are there the main ride in each pavilion, but most of them also have the KidCot stations, where kids make little craft mask things. I'm not sure if that really answers your question about rotations, but I hope it helps at least a little. Every attraction has various positions within them, such as greeter (outside the attraction), loader (helping people onto the ride vehicles), unloader, etc.

Anyways, welcome to the Epcot family, even though I'm going to be joining the Studios family in a few weeks.

I am also going to be doing the CP in the fall and I was wondering how you found out exactly where you were going to be? I know that I am going to be doing Merchandise but I dont know my exact location.

Future World Attractions break down like this...

Future World West:
Imagination/EO
Soarin'
Living With the Land/Circle of Life
Innoventions

Future World East:
Seas
SSE
Universe Of Energy (CPs don't get this though)
Test Track
Mission Space

Hi HereweGo! and welcome to the boards!

Future world west (FWW) attractions consist of the The LAND, Imagination, and Innoventions.

Here are the possible attractions that you can work at, you'll be trained in one of the following attractions:

Soarin'

Living with the Land/Circle of Life

Journey into Imagination with Figment/Captain EO/HISTA(if it ever comes back)

And then Innoventions:
Innoventions Host/Hostess
Sum of All Thrills
(I'm not sure if they now train Innoventions and Sum of All Thrill together yet, but I'm pretty sure they don't, but don't quote me on that yet)

Sum of All Thrills and Host/Hostess don't train together as of now. I have friends who are just trained at Sum and that is their one and only attraction.

Technically any Cast Members with access to the Hub can look up this information usually, however, we can also potentially get in trouble for giving out that info because it is considered confidential.

Thanks! I know there was talk of them combining the two for a while in a single training session, but didn't know if it went through. I guess it's still separate.

Actually, UOE gets 1 CP per semester. I always felt sorry for the CP because he was the only one at the attraction. But hey, what are you going to do right.

be aware what they have listed in the Hub as your role is not always final..it can change as whats happened with SEVERAL of my friends who opted for Fall Advantage.

i've heard that innoventions host/hostess are told prior to coming down.

True...I know many were offered the option just a couple weeks before their program that I know so I'd have to assume all are offered that way. They generally had a background or previous experience in performance arts and/or really emphasized wanting a spieling heavy role.

It's already been said. The only two locations besides Innoventions where you could be running multiple attractions are The Land (LWTL/Circle of Life) and Imagination (EO/JIIwF). Other than that, it's already been said.

Epcot is a great place to be at. I'm currently seasonal at Mission: SPACE on the east side and it has been a great experience (I started there for the last 6 months of my College Program). I'm sure you'll like being at Epcot.
