Epcot Food & Wine Festival

We are planning on going to Epcot on the 16th Nov this year . I note that this is the last day of the festival, will this means the crowds will be heavy or will the event be on a complete wind down ? Has anyone ever attended on the last day, what was it like ? Would appreciate any comment

We were in Epcot on the last day of the Food and Wine Festival in 2014. We could not even move in World Showcase! It was wall to wall people, eating, drinking and generally not paying any attention to what was going on around them. Walking from Mexico to Canada was the worst time I have ever had in Epcot and I do love Epcot and World Showcase. I could not get out fast enough. Sorry to have such a negative response to your question but for me, it was a negative experience.
That being said....I have been to Disney about 12 times and I love love love it there. It is my favorite vacation destination and I will visit many times more in the future, just not during the Food and Wine Festival.

We have been during the festival, and will be again this year - although not on the last day. We have found World Showcase to be busier than we have at other times, but not too bad. Though we haven't been on the last day so can't comment on that. However, if you haven't made the festival before, I would go for it even if it is busy or winding down - we've had some great food and drink there!!!
