Is it just me or are their faces more plant-y than they were last decade? Seems more topiary-y. Some of the newer topiaries look more plastic-y to me. These look better.

Yeah compared to the old ones they definitely more topiary-y personally I think they should look more cartoony but semantics

Happy to see a number of updates for F&G this year. Don’t want these to stagnate!
Fully agree. The park never looks better than it does for F&G, so keeping things fresh and updated every few years is very appreciated.

Thursday was what I was told.
Err myyrr grrrd... Look at those hideously ugly canopies! So garish and 90's. They should be torn down immediately!!!

Thursday is my "or we riot" date. We know that that's the day at least everything goes on the app. I wouldn't be surprised if the articles go up first, though.

They don't look great, but they're also not in the center of the park obscuring views of the park icon. Complaints are obviously going to be more frequent when something is both more prominently located and more obtrusive.

It is honestly a beautiful topiary, and they have more places that need topiaries this year since they seem to be actually filling out the gardens. I think it's as simple as that.

I hope they are bringing back the nighttime lighting. That was cool.
